Lynn Goldstein's painting "Dusting" wins best-of-show!!
I was surprised and excited that my painting, "Dusting," was awarded Best-of-Show at the Collector's Showcase exhibition at the Workhouse Arts Center on Saturday, March 1, 2014. The judge for this show was Jack Rasmussen the Director and Curator of the American University Museum at the Katzen Arts Center. Rasmussen had this to say about the painting, "I love the intense color, jarring harmony, and mysterious motif of this pastel. I'd like to believe Lynn Goldstein has channeled the symbolic longing for "transfiguration, out of the world."
