Walking in the morning can provide a restful respite before beginning the day. I was touched by the sun flooding into this field providing a dramatic backlight of this scene. Wasn't sure I would be able to capture the calm that I felt, and was particularly happy with the end result here. "Filtered Sun" is 9 x 12 inches, and framed in a wide, silver-leaf, all wooden frame. The glass used is museum glass which has virtually no reflection and a UV protection.
