The water was actually the color that you see here due to mineral deposits. It was quite a fascinating place, and I had to capture the view. This pastel painting is framed in a wide, silver-leaf wooden frame using museum glass. Museum glass is the best glass on the market with virtually no reflection and a UV protection.
