Fortunately, I live near a path that takes me into the woods. This painting was inspired by one of my many walks where I am consistently fascinated by the shadows that I see on the ground during my time out in nature. Tangled in Sunlight is painted using oil and cold wax medium, so there is lots of texture on the surface of the painting. It is on a 20"x20" cradled wooden panel and ready to hang.
