This website is operated by artist Lynn Goldstein and is used to share information about her artwork, studio practice, and available original artwork. Questions about artwork, purchases, commissions, or other inquiries may be submitted through the contact page on this website.

2. Artwork Availability & Orders

Original artwork is one of a kind and may also be offered for sale through Lynn Goldstein's studio, exhibitions, or other venues. Every effort is made to keep availability current, but an artwork may occasionally sell elsewhere before the website is updated.

If an artwork is unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified promptly and any payment made for that artwork will be refunded. An order is considered accepted once the artwork has shipped or arrangements have been made for pickup or delivery.

Lynn Goldstein reserves the right to withdraw artwork from sale at any time, including for exhibition or display.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown or communicated before the purchase is completed.

Payments made online are processed through secure third-party payment services. Lynn Goldstein does not store your full credit-card or other payment-account details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping or delivery arrangements vary according to the size, destination, and requirements of the artwork. Any applicable shipping charges and estimated timing will be provided at checkout or confirmed before shipment.

Please provide an accurate delivery address. Lynn Goldstein is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser.

5. Artwork Appearance

Every effort has been made to represent artwork, including color and scale, as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, device, browser, and screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects in the artwork.

6. Returns & Damaged Artwork

I want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please contact me.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the artwork and packaging so the issue can be addressed.

Returns of original artwork may be accepted within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the artwork was damaged or an incorrect item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Commissioned and custom artwork is not returnable or refundable, except in the event of damage during shipping.

7. Commissions & Custom Artwork

Commissioned artwork requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the completed artwork is shipped, delivered, or released to the purchaser.

The scope, approximate timeline, dimensions, price, and other relevant details will be agreed upon before work begins. Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for the purchaser, deposits and completed commissioned works are non-refundable except as otherwise agreed in writing or in the event of shipping damage.

8. Copyright & Artwork Images

All artwork, images, photographs, text, and other original content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of Lynn Goldstein unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Artwork and images may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Lynn Goldstein.
