Want to see the progress on my most recent painting? Here you go! The painting was inspired by my trip to Italy last year to teach a workshop, but I changed the scene considerably. The day was a bit rainy, but the sun broke through the clouds. I loved the way the clouds seemed to go on forever, and the mountains looked like a crazy quilt with fields and patches of trees in the distance.
